As a certified personal trainer, 200-hour yoga teacher, kettlebell coach, and mindfulness-based life coach, she believes movement is about more than exercise—it’s an opportunity to cultivate confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection with ourselves. Her classes are designed to be welcoming, challenging, and fun, encouraging students to explore what’s possible both on and off the mat. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her exploring trails, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
