Start your Saturday the way it's meant to start — sun on your shoulders, and a slow, feel-good flow that welcomes every body and every level.

We set up right beneath the lightly-shaded amphitheater at Trailblazer Park, so you get the best of both worlds: open sky and fresh air, with a little cover if the sun gets strong. Expect birdsong instead of a speaker system, plenty of room to spread out, and a laid-back pace that's as much about connecting with your neighbors as it is about the practice itself.

When class wraps up, don't rush off — the Travelers Rest Farmers Market is just steps away and in full swing. Grab a coffee, pick up this week's produce, browse handmade goods, and catch some live music while your body's still humming from class.

What to bring: your mat (we don't have loaners on-site), a water bottle, and sunscreen if you burn easily. Free parking is available along Trailblazer Drive and in the adjacent lot.
