Grateful Gathering: a Zen Rabbit Supra

We're inviting the whole Zen Rabbit Yoga community, teachers and students alike, to meet outside the studio for a Grateful Gathering. It's a chance to get to know each other in a new way: to break bread, raise a glass, laugh, and share stories with the people we usually see from across the room in class.

Our hosts are Keipi, a nonprofit restaurant in Greenville that serves food, wine and dining experiences from the Republic of Georgia. We'll be taking part in a Supra, a traditional Georgian feast where the food and wine keep coming and the evening is built around toasting. A Tamada (toastmaster) will guide us through the night with toasts to the things that matter most: gratitude, friendship, family, love and the ties that hold us together. You're welcome to raise a toast of your own when you feel moved to, but it's never required.

If wine isn't your thing, no problem! Keipi also has a full bar and mocktails, so everyone can raise a glass.

Keipi's motto is "Rediscovering our shared humanity one glass at a time," and that's what this evening is about. We already share breath and practice on the mat. This time we'll share a table.

Come hungry, bring your stories, and get ready to feel part of something special.

When: Saturday, November 21st, from 6:00 pm (usually lasts around 3 hours)
Where: Keipi Restaurant, 1320 Hampton Avenue Extension, Greenville, SC 29601
Cost: $120, which covers a 5-course Georgian feast and all you can drink
Seats are limited! Please reserve yours by November 1st.
