Mindful Strength is a full-body movement class that blends mobility with functional strength training to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to your body.
Every class follows a mindful progression: arrive, activate, strengthen, and recover. Through bodyweight movement and simple tools like resistance bands, yoga blocks, and towels, you’ll build strength, stability, and confidence at your own pace.
Whether you’re hoping to complement your yoga practice, feel stronger in everyday life, or simply enjoy moving your body in a new way, this class is for you. Come as you are, challenge yourself, learn something new, and have fun along the way.
