Wherever you are in your yoga journey, this immersive experience is will deepen your connection, expand your knowledge, and empower you to share the beautiful benefits of yoga with others. 

Whether you simply wish to deepen your personal practice or teach yoga to others, our program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience you need. Abbey Garcia and Allison Lindquist Cross will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum covering philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, asanas, alignment, and much more.
