A Journey into the Heart of Yoga

There is a version of yoga that lives beyond the poses — older, richer, and more transformative than any sequence. This program is an invitation to find it.

Designed for the practitioner who feels called to go further — not toward a teaching certificate, but toward a genuine, embodied understanding of what yoga actually is. Over multiple weekends, you will explore yoga's history and philosophy, the Yoga Sutras, anatomy, asanas and the art of alignment, pranayama, meditation, and the beauty of adapting the practice to every body.

This is not a training to teach yoga. It is a training to live it more fully.

A note on your path forward: Credits earned here transfer fully into Zen Rabbit's 200-Hour YTT if you decide at a later date to complete the program.* Cost to complete the program: $800.

*Zen Rabbit has the right to choose to continue or cease the offering of a 200-Hour YTT on a yearly basis.
