Join Rachel & Abbey for an outdoor mini-retreat as we explore what your body needs to stay grounded, nourished, and steady this season.

During our time together, we will:
• Spot your signs: Learn how seasonal changes show up uniquely in your body and mind.
• Reset your rhythms: Practice simple daily shifts to ground, steady, and recharge.
• Nourish with food & spices: Explore warming herbs and seasonal meal ideas to keep digestion strong.

 Dosha Test & Discussion (learn your natural constitution and/or any current imbalances).
A grounding one-hour mindful flow yoga practice, attuned to the energy of Fall.
Seasonal Ayurvedic-inspired dinner crafted to nourish body and mind.
• Outdoor space to simply Be — with time to gather around a bonfire or soak in the hot tub under the evening sky.
