We’ll cover:
• Ayurveda Basics: The five elements, 20 gunas, three doshas, and the role of agni (digestive fire).
• Discover Your Constitution & How to Find Balance: How yoga can help bring body and mind into harmony according to your unique dosha.
• The Ayurvedic Lens on Yoga: Approaching pranayama, asana, and meditation through Ayurvedic principles.
• Daily Routine (Dinacharya): Simple rhythms to align your day with nature for greater vitality.
• Diet & Lifestyle: Practical guidance to support overall health and well-being.
You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of Ayurveda and specific yoga practices tailored for Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—tools you can integrate into your personal practice or share with your students.
