Slow Flow & Yin

During the first half of this class, students will move through poses in a slow and gentle manner. There will be more time to make adjustments in poses to develop stability and body awareness. This practice will help students grow their strength, flexibility, and balance.
The other half of class is practiced down on the mat in yin and/or restorative poses, targeting the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension. Bringing these two styles of yoga together is truly transformative. It will be a beautiful harmony of movement and relaxation.
