Zen Rabbit Yoga is excited to offer a Yoga Alliance® Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Our program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience you need to deepen your personal practice and successfully teach yoga classes. Abbey Garcia and Allison Lindquist Cross will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum covering philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, asanas, alignment, and much more.

Teachers: Allison Lindquist Cross: ERYT1000, creator of The Yatra Center and co-creator of The Yatra Sisters Podcast.
Abbey Garcia: ERTY200, creator and owner of Zen Rabbit Yoga

Payments:

  • Registration: $150 (Collected upon registration)
  • Tuition: $2500 (Payment Due one week prior to start date)
  • Early Bird Discount: -$150 (If tuition paid prior to September 1st)
