Norma began as a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer approximately 30 years ago! She taught high-impact “HIIT" classes, step, spinning and running. As her life and body evolved, her desire to have a full-body, highly challenging workout grew even more. Barre became a natural transition for Norma because her body needed a non-impact exercise that included high intense thigh, glute, core and upper body training.
Norma as brought her personal energetic and motivating approach to her barre classes that encourages her students to develop a positive mind-body awareness and empowerment on their personal wellness journeys.
