Hatha - often translated as "ha" (sun) + "tha" (moon) - is the art of balancing opposites, or more specifically uniting the dualities of life.

In this 75-minute practice, we hold postures long enough to find real strength, resilience, and depth — in the body and in the breath. You'll be challenged to stay patient, purposeful, and kind to yourself, finding the sweet spot with mindful alignment and deep breathing. 

Hatha is a practice working with prana (life-force) and the mind to open the energetic blocks of the body.
Time & space to do intentional work that leaves you with a peaceful strength that lasts well after class.
