Kids Yoga - Spring '26

Wednesdays 4:00-5:00pm 
Yoga is for kids! Here's just a few of the benefits:

It will include:
☑ yoga poses & games
☑ breathing/stretching
☑ creative time
☑ quiet time/mindfulness
☑ and affirmations

Dates: 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13.

Please bring a non-spil waterbottle and a yoga mat (if you don't have a mat, we have some to borrow). 
All children must be able to use the bathroom without assistance.
We encourage parents to drop off and enjoy some time for themselves, while children explore yoga independently in a fun, supportive environment.
