Yin Yoga is a comfortable series of poses practiced on the floor and supported by props. Poses will be held longer to deepen the stretch and to release tension. This is a gentle class that will allow you to unwind at the end of your day. This type of yoga will help reduce stress and improve quality of sleep. Students will feel very relaxed after class. All levels welcome.
