Pranayama Flow

Pranayama (breathwork) - the 4th limb of yoga - is mindfully controlling the breath to extend one's "life force" or "vital energy" (prana). There are many types of pranayama and each will promote specific types of healing. Generally though, there are numerous benefits of pranayama such as improved lung function, stress and anxiety reduction, better sleep, mental health and concentration.

In this class, Joe will begin with about 15 minutes of a Pranayama lesson and guided practice. Then, 45 minutes of a Mindful Vinyasa Flow including a long, peaceful savasana.

All levels and experiences are welcome!
