Mindful Flow & Yin

About half of this class is breath-based vinyasa flow to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Sequential progression will be smooth and focused to encourage mindfulness. The other half of class is practiced down on the mat in yin and/or restorative poses, targeting the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension. Bringing these two styles of yoga together is truly transformative.
