Would you like to clear away stress, anger, grief or depression while filling yourself up with gratitude and love? This Breathwork experience allows you to find a deeper connection with yourself, helping to clear away negative thoughts, bad habits, limiting beliefs and anything that no longer serves you. Breathing with intention can help focus, ground and energize you to step into the best version of yourself. Your breath can be the master key to profound change and powerful transformation.
Breathwork is experiential in nature. You may experience increased creativity, deep inner peace, more self-confidence, more self-love or life purpose! Whatever your breathwork experience is, it will be unique from everyone else’s and different every time you do it. It’s like a surprise or unwrapping a gift. Your breath will give you what you need - All you have to do is breathe.
Breathwork is practiced laying down in a comfortable position. Your instructor, Matt Tellier, will teach you a simple but powerful breathing technique and offer guidance on your journey within. No experience in breathwork is necessary to join in on this practice.

About Matt:
Matt Tellier is a BreathewithJP certified breathwork teacher and owner of Half Acre Holistics LLC in Greenville. He has practiced breathwork for eight years and began teaching in 2019. Breathwork has been one the most transformational things he has experienced in his life and he loves sharing the power of breathwork with curious souls.
Join TR's NEW Running Group!! We meet every Sunday at 3:30 at the studio. The group will do a 5K Run / Walk around TR and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Then we will all meet back at the studio for a 40 minute 'zenful' yoga stretch.

This yoga class is an experience for both the parent (grandparent/guardian) and child: ages 5-9
In this class, we will practice:
* Yoga Poses and Playful Movement
* Mindfulness and Meditation
This yoga class will foster independence as well as bonding experience!
This will be a fun and meaningful activity to do with your child, giving both the parent and child the opportunity to learn more about yoga.
Note:
Adult must be present and participating with the child, and the adult will register for the class (no need to add the child). Each adult may bring up to 2 children.

Transformative Flow is an opportunity to align breath and intuition. Brian will teach you how to move with grace, strength and suppleness and encourage you to respond to sensation with breath as opposed to a typical reaction due to uncomfortable feelings. You will gain access to the strength you have to be more tolerant around the people you spend your day with. Small trivial details of life will no longer bring you down. You will feel an inner strength and empowerment that lasts well after class is over. This two-hour asana practice will challenge you to be patient, to be purposeful, to be kind to self, to find the sweet spot in every pose, to experience the balance between effort and ease, to live the best version of yourself. Now is the time to level-up what you have been doing on the yoga mat. You’re ready!
In this vibrational healing session, we will look into increasing the flow of energy to celebrate new beginnings, release old blocks and plant new seeds of desire and truth.
You will experience a Cacao Ceremony, Reiki, Crystal and Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath, Buffalo Drums, Tuning Forks and Koshi Chimes.
You will learn how to balance your Chakras with applied plant extracts, crystal therapy and affirmations. As we improve the flow of energy around the body, we can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, increase joy and reduce other symptoms of illness.
We will transition into guided meditation and breath work to prepare the body to receive the flow of energy to create a receptive experience for deep relaxation. Participants will settle in by lying down or in another comfortable position for an approximate 50-minute group Reiki and Sound Healing session accompanied by Chakra Balancing Aromatherapy.

Learn the art of Mala Making! A Mala is a string of 108 beads traditionally used during meditation to count prayers, recite mantras, affirmations, or intentions. Join us for this hands-on workshop where you’ll be guided through a heart-centered meditation that may inspire your creativity. Set a personally meaningful intention or mantra to be integrated into your Mala necklace as you tie on each bead, with step-by step instruction on how to tie the knots.
This two-hour workshop, facilitated by Courtney Chandler, is open to anyone brand new to Mala Making or those with previous experience. Everyone is welcome!
While our Mala's can be very personal, this is also a communal experience. We will enjoy conversation with tea, coffee, and snacks to share!

Your ticket includes 2 yoga classes (morning and afternoon, a total of 2.5 hours, suitable for all levels) with live music during class, plus more live music in the evening.
