Spring is a time to wake up the body; a time for renewal. This series will help detox and refresh the entire body. Our focus is not on an outcome of having a 6-pack. It is about enjoying the effort and process of feeling stability and strength, starting in our core. It is tuning into both the biomechanical and subtle sensations: muscles wrapping bones, bones supporting muscles, blood flowing, and prana pulsing. It will also involve pelvis awareness, including pelvic floor care.

Join us for an evening of authentic connection and sisterhood! The Wild Women’s Circle is a community of self-identifying women gathering in celebration of our feminine nature while honoring our cycles & passages as well as struggles & accomplishments. Connelly’s intention is creating a safe space for women to feel seen, heard and held, just as they are. There are no required or implied beliefs.
Flow:
•Begin by chatting and settling in while enjoying snacks & drinks.
•We will come to the circling area for a guided journaling experience.
•Connelly will open the Sharing Circle. There is no expectation or pressure to share. You may enjoy simply experiencing the circle of support, offering a listening ear for others.
•Closing of the Circle ceremony will be around 9:30
•Feel free to stay and hangout for some more chatting, drinks, food (and usually dancing).
Things to bring:
•Food and drinks for yourself and/or to share
•Journal or paper with pen/pencil
•Any other special object you’d like to imbue with the loving energy of our circle. Some examples: crystals, pictures, moon water in a jar etc (optional)
What to wear:
Whatever makes you feel like you want to feel (comfy/flowy, goddessy, magical, etc.)

Join Dhara for these gently-paced classes ideal for anyone who wants to experience the many benefits of yoga but finds traditional classes too fast or challenging.
This is a safe, practical style of yoga that is understandable, doable, and accessible to all fitness levels.
These classes are great for beginners, anyone with mobility challenges, and those recovering from injury/illness.
It is breath-centered practice that includes strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation while encouraging you to listen to your body’s individual needs.
In this class you will benefit from the support of props such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, and chairs.
No previous yoga experience is required.
Please bring a mat and wear clothing that is easy to move in. Come for exploratory fun in the spirit of personal curiosity!

Join Ali, perinatal yoga teacher and doula, for a 4 week series that is all about connection and creating community!
This class is a safe container to be seen and supported among other prenatal & postpartum women. Emphasis is on breath, gentle movements, reconnecting with your body during and after pregnancy, while creating relationships with others who are in a similar phase of life. This class will be a combination of guided movement and moments to share and/or just be.

Rooted and Relaxed is an immersive energetic experience thoughtfully created & guided by Dae, a trauma-informed 200+hr Registered Yoga Teacher and certified Usui Reiki Level II practitioner. With a calm, intuitive presence, Dae holds space for energetic recalibration and deep restoration for the nervous system. Participants will explore the inner landscape by journeying through the five elements: Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Ether. Each element invites a remembering of sacred origin—a reconnection to one’s cosmic wisdom. A softening into the nature within you, the nature that is you.
What to Expect:
This is a 90-minute, gentle yoga practice centered on rest, relaxation, and energetic refreshment. You’ll be guided through a sequence of restorative yoga postures, fully supported by props to allow the body to release tension, unwind, and return to its natural rhythm. Reiki will be woven throughout the practice and during savasana to support stress reduction and relaxation.
No prior reiki or yoga experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to receive. To support your experience, please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and nourish the body beforehand with something light and grounding.

Closing Celebration:
