Join our Kids Yoga Summer Camp in our beautiful downtown studio. This camp is specially crafted to engage our children in mindful activities in a creative and compassionate environment.

Ages: 4-9 years old
Our teacher, Ms. Kelly, has been teaching Kids Yoga weekly at the studio. She has a passion for inspiring kids to be authentic and creative.
We will do:
- Yoga (Poses & Sun Salutations, Breathing Practices, Balance, Savasana, and more!)
- Dance / Free Movement
- Snack Time*
- Journaling / Craft*
- Games
*We will provide the snacks and materials for crafts!
Closing Celebration:
On Friday, we’ll have an ice cream party in the studio, and then the students will show off the Sun Salutations they’ve been learning! ☀️🧘♀️

This class is designed to help you connect deeply with your body, starting at the center. The Core segment focuses on building stability and inner strength—not chasing six-pack abs, but cultivating real, functional power from within. Expect dynamic floor work, planks, and targeted glute activation to leave you feeling grounded and strong.
Following this invigorating core work, you'll transition into the Restore portion of class, where deep stretches and restorative postures help release tension, calm the nervous system, and revitalize your energetic flow. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.

Join Ivy Galliano for a soul-nourishing evening of deep rest and gentle exploration.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute sound bath — an immersive experience of soothing tones and vibrations designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
From this grounded place, you’ll be guided through a past life regression meditation, inviting insight from your soul’s journey to support your path in the here and now.
We’ll close with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and an open circle for reflection, connection, and integration.

Overall, the theme of this camp is self-love & self-worth.
Our goal is to provide a safe space for these girls to be seen, heard, and supported.
